Rob founded the operations of Reynbridge in 2017 to offer specialized financial advisory services to his broad business network in Toronto, Ontario.

Rob has 15 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, business development, and international business operations in the manufacturing, agricultural, and hospitality sectors. Before founding Reynbridge, he performed increasingly senior executive roles at a diversified holding company based in Toronto with global assets and operations in more than 20 countries. During his tenure at the holding company, Rob assisted and led the execution of successful mid-market mergers and acquisitions transactions across diversified industries. While serving there, he acted as the global operational lead for an international sustainable packaging manufacturer and distribution company called Greenpack. Rob has held roles at a merchant investment bank in Toronto, Ontario, where he gained public and private markets experience.

Rob holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honors from McMaster University with a specialization in Accounting and a minor in Economics.

Thomas joined Reynbridge in 2023 after a career in corporate finance across diversified industries. Thomas is a fully licensed CMA and CPA specializing in finance, accounting, and business analytics.

Before joining Reynbridge, Thomas was a financial analyst with Loblaws where he looked after complex revenue models and managed cost savings for one of their businesses. Thomas then moved to Cara Group (now Recipe) and joined their Marketing Finance team as a Senior Financial Analyst. At Cara, Thomas advised owners of Harvey’s, New York Fries, East Side Mario’s, Swiss Chalet, and Montana on operational and financial matters.

Thomas holds a Bachelor of Administrative Studies with Honours in Accounting from York University.

Rachel more than 7 years of operations experience in the finance, manufacturing, and hospitality industries. Rachel has extensive experience in corporate and personal tax preparation, financial statement preparation, and government filings. Rachel is an expert business plan writer and has advanced financial modeling skills.

Rachel holds a Business Diploma from Seneca College and an Entrepreneurship and Small Business Diploma from Durham College. She is a licensed Mortgage Agent affiliated with Sherwood Mortgage Group.
